As it is important to have youth members discussing many similar topics and building a community to support one another, we also want to encourage Franklin County (and the surrounding area) Christian youth to join and utilize our website. However, this requires some additional steps:
Age and Maturity
First, the youth member should ideally be a teenager who can handle topics ranging from politics to bringing light to the darkness and sexual purity. We will let the parents decide when the appropriate time is to set up an account. Please ensure that as parents, by signing your child up for the site, you agree you will periodically manage their activity and ensure they are adhering to site policies.
Parent Members
At least one parent or guardian must be a member of the website and able to monitor and discuss the content with the youth member as the parent feels necessary with the youth member.
Sign-Up Using the Registration Form and Youth Consent Form
Signing up requires that you follow the steps below to get approval for your youth account by indicating the linked Parent’s account and email. Any youth member who does not have a parent account linked will be put on hold.
- STEP 1 – Both users, parent and youth, must use the Registration Form
- STEP 2 – The parent uses the Parent Youth Consent Form after logging in.
